🚚 We don't guarantee any timeframe because of instances that had a bad print and requires us to print a second time. But 90% of all orders will go out in that 2-7 business day timeframe.
🚚 At times, especially during the holidays, order processing can take longer before shipment
🚚 Average turn-around period for production, shipping and handling is approximately 2 weeks from the time of order placement

🚚 Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location.
🚚 Krafted Charms cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues.
🚚 It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.

📦 We accept cancellations if done within 24 hours of ordering.
📦 Because our shirts are made-to-order and specially printed just for you, returns and size exchanges are not accepted.
📦 However, should you receive a product that is damaged or flawed due to a printing/ production mistake, please feel free to reach out to us via Etsy's messaging system within 30 days of the item's delivery and attach a clear picture visibly showing the problem. We will offer either a free replacement or a refund to help make this right for you!
