• SIZING •

✺ Youth Sizing: Youth S - Youth XL
✺ For reference, place your child's favorite shirt flat on a surface and measure from one side to another.
✺ Note that this is a Youth-Sized Unisex Style shirt which runs small. So please be sure the check the SIZING CHART.

• PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES •

✺ Our items are individually custom-printed and made with love. Because of this, our production, printing and shipping may take some time.
✺ On average, it takes 2 to 7 business days (depending on order volume) to print and hand craft your order before we ship it out - but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!
✺ We don't guarantee any timeframe because of instances that had a bad print and requires us to print a second time. But 90% of all orders will go out in that 2-7 business day timeframe.
✺ At times, especially during the holidays, order processing can take longer before shipment
✺ Average turn-around period for production, shipping and handling is approximately 2 weeks from the time of order placement

• PRIORITY REQUESTS •

✺ If you need an item before a certain date, please message us before ordering to confirm it is possible.
✺ Please note, these priority approvals are NEVER GUARANTEED, because of the nature of the made to order process and the fact that USPS shipping is out of our control -- things may happen to where your item may not arrive on the approved date.
✺ If approved, we are committing to do our absolute best to rush the process and get your item(s) in the mail as quickly as possible but are not guaranteeing its specific arrival date.
✺ It is up to the buyer's discretion to decide whether or not they agree to these terms, as refunds WILL NOT be given for items that do not arrive on time.
✺ 95% of approved priority requests do arrive on time without hang ups.

• LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES •

✺ Mom's Home Rack cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped.
✺ Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

• INCORRECT ADDRESS •

✺ Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped.
✺ Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message us before shipment.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING •

✺ Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location.
✺ Mom's Home Rack cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues.
✺ It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS •

✺ Machine wash inside out, cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle
✺ Tumble dry: low heat or let air dry
✺ Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Avoid ironing on the design
✺ Do not use fabric softeners or bleach
✺ Do not dry clean

• HOW TO ORDER •

2. Select the preferred SIZE then click "Add To Cart".
3. Select the QUANTITY of your order then click "Proceed To Checkout"
(NOTE: The printable files will be made available separately after payment processing)
4. Confirm your SHIPPING address then click "Ship Here."
5. Choose your preferred PAYMENT method then follow the prompts.
6. Double check your order details then hit the "Place Your Order" button.

• RETURNS OR EXCHANGES •

✺ We accept cancellations if done within 24 hours of ordering.
✺ Because our shirts are made-to-order and specially printed just for you, returns and exchanges due to size are not accepted.
✺ However, should you receive a product that is damaged or flawed due to a printing/ production mistake, please feel free to reach out to us via Etsy's messaging system within 30 days of the item's delivery and attach a clear picture visibly showing the problem. We will offer either a free replacement or a refund to help make this right for you!
